In-Person Meeting

APRIL 2026

Road to Lexington

Meeting Day

Wednesday, April 22

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We’ll have light breakfast waiting in the meeting room starting at 8:00 AM, and we’ll kick things off promptly at 8:30 AM. Coffee will be flowing (because good ideas rarely happen before caffeine), and lunch will be provided so no one has to wander off in search of a sandwich mid-strategy session.

If you’re the kind of person who believes breakfast should involve eggs, bacon, and a serious commitment, feel free to grab a full meal beforehand.

Hotel Block

Lexington Marriott City Center

$229 per night

Last day to book: March 21, 2026

Please book your room as soon as possible.

Courtesy blocks tend to fill quickly. Courtesy blocks have a funny way of disappearing faster than the last donut in a break room. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

If you prefer Hilton or another property, that’s completely fine. All meetings will take place at the Marriott.

For travel, Lexington is the most convenient airport, but Cincinnati and Louisville are both reasonable options if they work better for your schedule.

Calendar Invites

Calendar invitations for all scheduled events were sent tomorrow by Lara and Tori. Please confirm you have accepted so we know you’re locked in.

Optional Kickoff Dinner

Tuesday, April 21

6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Lexington Brewing & Distilling Company

401 Cross St.

This is the only stop on the Bourbon Trail that’s both a distillery and a brewery, and it’s right near the hotel.

The evening includes dinner, a full tour of the distillery and brewery, a tasting, and two drinks. Estimated cost is $150–$200 per person

Totally optional — but it’s a great way to kick off the week together while we take a step back and elevate ourselves to work on our companies, not just in them.

Optional Fellowship Day

Thursday, April 23

If you’d like to extend your stay and enjoy a little time in one of the great towns in America, Thursday is open.

Some members have already expressed interest in touring Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, and other distilleries that open as early as 9:00 AM

Then at 1:30 PM, anyone who’d like to gather can meet at Keeneland for an informal afternoon at the track. We’ll share the exact meeting spot as we get closer. Tickets will be on your own since we don’t yet know how many will stay.

But make no mistake — Wednesday is the main event.

Come prepared with updates, challenges, and opportunities that we can tackle together. David will send the full agenda once it’s finalized by the Executive Committee, and continued thanks to that group for helping steer the priorities of this community.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in Kentucky

Safe travels — and bring your best ideas with you.
