Suspension

Upper and lower control arms and bushings, if bushings cannot be replaced individually; ball joints; leaf and coil springs only if broken.

Steering Components

Power steering gearbox; rack and pinion; and high pressure lines. Steering box, rack and pump housing only if damaged by an internally lubricated part).

Brake Components

Power brake booster; master cylinder; calipers; ABS hydraulic components; proportioning valve; ABS wheel speed sensors.

Electrical Components

Starter motor and solenoid; alternator, voltage regulator; electric cooling fan motor; distributor; power window motors/switches; power door lock actuators/switches; power trunk or tailgate actuator and motor; all manually operated switches; ignition control module; and cruise control assembly.

Air Conditioning & Refrigerant

Compressor; clutch; condenser; accumulator/receiver drier; and evaporator. Refrigerant included only with covered repair.

Fuel

Fuel pump; fuel injectors; lift pump; transfer pump; MAP/air charge temperature sensor; intake manifold pressure sensor; and throttle position sensor.

Engine

  • Cylinder block and all internal parts; cylinder head assemblies; timing case/cover, timing chain, timing belt, tensioners, gears, sprockets, and guides; serpentine belt tensioner; harmonic balancer; oil pump; intake manifold; flywheel with starter ring gear; core plugs; valve covers; oil pan; factory-installed turbocharger/ supercharger including internal parts and wastegate actuator; oxygen sensor; mass airflow sensor; crank sensor; cam sensor. Seals and gaskets are covered for listed components only.

Automatic Transmission

  • Transmission case and all internal parts; bell housing; transmission pan; torque converter; drive/flex plate; transmission range switch; speed sensors; pressure sensors; PRNDL position switch; transmission control module; valve body; mechatronics unit; conductor plate; servo assemblies; transmission cooler; seals and gaskets for listed components only; and reprogramming/re-flash up to $150 per authorized claim. Transmission case bell housing only if damaged by a covered component internal to the transmission/transfer case housing.

Manual Transmission

  • Main shaft; counter shaft; all gears; chain; input shaft; hub assemblies; synchronizers; shift rails; shift fork; and internal transmission bearings. Lubricated parts contained within the transmission case housing. Transmission case only if damaged by a covered component internal to the transmission/transfer case housing. NOTE: Manual transmission clutch parts are not covered at any time.

Engine Cooling System

  • Water pump and housing; fan clutch; radiator.

All Wheel Drive

  • Power transfer unit and all internal parts; viscous coupler; axle housing and all internal parts; constant velocity joints and boots; drive shaft and axle shaft assemblies; differential carrier assembly and all internal parts; output ball bearing; output flange; end cover; overrunning clutch; vacuum motor; torque tube; pinion spacer and shim; wheel bearings/hub assemblies; seals and gaskets for listed components only. Power transfer unit case only if damaged by a covered component internal to the power transfer unit housing.

Rear Wheel Drive

  • Rear axle housing and all internal parts; axle shafts; axle shaft bearings; drive shaft assemblies; driveshaft center bearings; universal joints and yokes; wheel bearings/hub assemblies; seals and gaskets for listed components only. Rear axle housing only if damaged by a covered component internal to the rear axle housing.

Four-wheel Drive (4x4)

  • Transfer case and all internal parts; transfer case control module and shift mode motor assembly; axle housing and all internal parts; axle shafts; axle shaft bearings; drive shafts assemblies (front and rear); drive shaft center bearings; universal joints;4x4 hubs; yokes; wheel bearings/hub assemblies; disconnect housing assembly; seals and gaskets for the listed components only. Transfer case housing only if damaged by a covered component internal to the transfer case housing.

Fluids

  • Fluids are covered only when required in conjunction with a covered component.

Seals & Gaskets

  • If your vehicle has less than 100,000 miles at the time of the claim, seals and gaskets are covered for leakage failures as they relate to any listed covered component. If your vehicle has over100,000 miles at the time of claim, seals and gaskets are covered only when required in conjunction with a covered component. (Cylinder head gaskets are covered only for combustion and coolant leaks. Intake manifold gaskets are covered only for coolant leaks).

This unparalleled level of coverage includes all the parts & components outlined in BOTH our Executive and Elite plans.

PLUS every original factory-equipped mechanical and electrical component, excluding only those specified in the Terms & Conditions of our contract, and exclusions.

EXCLUDED ITEMS INCLUDE*, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO the manual transmission clutch assembly, batteries, brake rotors and drums, catalytic converter, exhaust pipe, mufflers, tailpipes, frame and structural body parts, tires, valve stems and wheels/rims, glass, windows, mirrors, windshields, T-top, Targa top, convertible top, lighting system components, exterior air/water leaks and noise, weather strips, body panels, trims, moldings, paint, bumpers, body sheet metal and panels, safety restraint systems, upholstery, carpet, LCD screen, DVD/ Blu-ray player, GPS/navigation, radio/CD player, rearview back-up camera, alarm system, early collision detection system, self-park assist system, tire pressure monitoring system, adaptive cruise control, instrument cluster, keyless entry transmitter and receiver, remote controls, light bulbs, fuses, and any type of internal software updates or other failures. Normal maintenance service and parts including alignments, wheel balancing, tune-ups, spark plugs, brake pads, and wiper blades. Filters, lubricants, coolants, fluids, and refrigerants will be covered only if replacement is required in conjunction with an authorized repair.

The following are available with a surcharge if selected under Vehicle Surcharges on the Application page at the time of contract purchase of 4WD/AWD.

Emergency Fluid Delivery

  • We deliver essential fluids to get you back on the road, such as fuel, oil, and/or water (cost of fluids not included).

Flat Tire Assistance

  • Up to $50 per occurrence for jump-starting a dead battery (not available for hybrid vehicles).

Dead Battery Jump-start

  • Up to $50 per occurrence for jump-starting a dead battery (not available for hybrid vehicles).

Lockout Service

  • Up to $50 per occurrence for on location assistance if you lock your keys/fob in your vehicle or if they are lost/broken (key/fob replacement cost not included).

Towing

  • Up to $200 per occurrence for towing to the nearest qualified repair facility.

Rental Benefits

  • Up to $75 reimbursement per 6 hours of labor time, with a maximum benefit of $450 per claim, is provided for authorized repair work (time unrelated to authorized repairs not included).

Trip Interruption

  • Up to $150 reimbursement per day for up to 3 days towards meals and/or lodging expenses is provided if you are more than 100 miles away from home and unable to operate your vehicle due to a covered mechanical breakdown.

Labor & Diagnostics

  • We cover repair facility labor and/or diagnostic charges associated with a covered repair*.(Your authorization may be required).
All services are subject to maximum reimbursement limits. Coverage may not be available in all states. Restrictions & limitations may apply.

Exterior Protection

  • Weather-induced fading, UV Exposure, Oxidation
  • Damage from hard water, bird droppings, tree sap, road salt
  • Repairs for accidental spray paint overspray and industrial fallout

Interior Protection

  • Prevention of permanent stains, UV damage, and temperature extremes
  • Protection against rips, punctures, and burns on seating surfaces
  • Treatment against odors from bacteria, microbes, mold, and more

Key Remote Replacement

  • Coverage for replacement of inoperable lost or stolen keys/removes.
  • Up to $800 reimbursement per year for key/remote replacement.

Alloy Wheel Protection

  • Prevention of cosmetic damage due to corrosion or surface abrasion.
  • Repair or reconditioning of the treated alloy wheel's exterior face.

Windshield Repair

  • Treatment against UV exposure and environmental hazards for headlights.
  • Repair of chips or cracks in windshield (up to 6 inches).
  • Reimbursement up to $500 for windshield replacement, if necessary.

Protection for Dents

  • Repair of minor cosmetic dents (less than 3 inches).
  • Service focused on exterior sheet metal surfaces.

Roadside Assistance

  • Assistance includes towing, tire changes, and more.
  • "Sign & Drive" service is available 24/7 across the United States and Canada.
  • Maximum benefit of $100 per incident for emergency roadside assistance.

In the event Your Covered Key(s)/Remote(s) is inoperable, lost, or stolen,

we will pay for a replacement key/remote for an amount not to exceed:

With Sonsio's Tire & Wheel, your tire repair or replacement is covered at no cost or deductible to you! With three levels of coverage, you can choose the option that is best for you.

Tire Only Road Hazard

  • Whether it’s a puncture, bruise, impact break, or other road hazard damage, the cost to repair or replace your tire is covered for the program term.
  • The reasonable cost of mounting, balancing, valve stems and disposal for any tire replaced and/or wheel repaired or replaced due to a covered road hazard is included.

Tire & Wheel Road Hazard

Tire Only Road Hazard plus:

  • The cost to replace a wheel damaged by aroad hazard is covered if the wheel can nolonger be balanced or maintain an airtightseal with the tire.

Tire & Wheel Hazard with Cosmetic Wheel Repair

Tire & Wheel Road Hazard plus:

  • Cosmetic repair to all original equipment wheels when the normal appearance is altered by scrapes and/or minor curb rash.
  • If the covered wheels or hubcaps are not repairable, they may be replaced with like kind and quality.

Included with all coverage levels

Reimbursement for rideshare, taxi, train, bus fare, car service, or rental vehicle while the covered vehicle is undergoing repairs.

Emergency roadside assistance services include towing up to 50 miles, installation of spare tire, battery jump-start, key lockout service, fuel or fluid delivery, or winching service.
