EXCLUDED ITEMS INCLUDE*, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO the manual transmission clutch assembly, batteries, brake rotors and drums, catalytic converter, exhaust pipe, mufflers, tailpipes, frame and structural body parts, tires, valve stems and wheels/rims, glass, windows, mirrors, windshields, T-top, Targa top, convertible top, lighting system components, exterior air/water leaks and noise, weather strips, body panels, trims, moldings, paint, bumpers, body sheet metal and panels, safety restraint systems, upholstery, carpet, LCD screen, DVD/ Blu-ray player, GPS/navigation, radio/CD player, rearview back-up camera, alarm system, early collision detection system, self-park assist system, tire pressure monitoring system, adaptive cruise control, instrument cluster, keyless entry transmitter and receiver, remote controls, light bulbs, fuses, and any type of internal software updates or other failures. Normal maintenance service and parts including alignments, wheel balancing, tune-ups, spark plugs, brake pads, and wiper blades. Filters, lubricants, coolants, fluids, and refrigerants will be covered only if replacement is required in conjunction with an authorized repair.
The following are available with a surcharge if selected under Vehicle Surcharges on the Application page at the time of contract purchase of 4WD/AWD.
*Allowable degradation to charge capacity before the claim will be paid is 80%
Any part that experiences a breakdown during the contract term, except for any other parts specifically excluded in this contract and/or listed in the "What is Not Covered" section of the contract. Coverage provides payment/reimbursement for costs authorized by us to repair or replace parts/components that experience a breakdown, less your deductible amount, in accordance with all terms and conditions of the contract. Coverage for seals and gaskets is included ONLY in conjunction with a covered repair and cannot be the cause of the breakdown.
Note: You must provide the paid rental receipt to the Administrator to be reimbursed for the charges. In no case will reimbursement exceed the actual cost included on the rental receipts, and no reimbursement will be provided to You until the authorized repairs are complete and paid.

Seals and gaskets will be covered only if the Seals and Gaskets option is selected at the time of purchase and the appropriate surcharge is paid.

MOTOR HOME, TOWABLE, AND COACH
RV Motorized – Benefit limit of $500 for towing, $250 for all other services. RV Towable – Benefit limit of $300 for towing, $150 for all other services, covers the tow vehicle while towing the RV as well as trailers and powersports – same as RV towable.
If you are locked out of your covered vehicle, we will deliver locksmith services to your vehicle and aid in the opening of your locked vehicle, and/or obtaining a replacement key, up to the vehicle type limit. TIRE SERVICE We will repair your damaged tire. If your damaged tire is unrepairable, we will install your inflated spare.
A jumpstart or minor emergency mechanical adjustments will be applied to start your vehicle at the point of disablement, up to the vehicle type limit.
An emergency supply of gasoline, diesel, diesel exhaust fluid, oil, water, or other materials or parts will be delivered to a member’s vehicle in cases of immediate need, up to the vehicle type limit. Members are responsible for the cost of the liquids, parts, or materials delivered.
We will extricate your vehicle from a ditch, snow, mud, or sand to the point of disablement, up to the vehicle type limit.
Up to $40.00 per day for 5 days, including the substitution transportation allowance of 2 additional days not to exceed $280.00 per occurrence.

Hotel reimbursement is available for failures relevant to covered repairs for your Cooling System, Heating System, Electrical System, or Plumbing repairs that leave your dwelling uninhabitable as determined If the Administrator cannot complete authorized required repairs within 24 hours of dispatching a service professional relevant to the dwelling by the Administrator and as described under “To Obtain Service”, “#2”, “Emergency Service” located in your service contract.
If the Administrator cannot complete authorized required repairs within 24 hours of dispatching a service professional relevant to the dwelling of record. We will reimburse you up to $100 per night or the actual cost of a hotel room, if less, for up to a maximum of three (3) nights on a qualified hotel stay per authorized occurrence.
